The location is very central. The place to order lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Restaurante Munegorri. It is fairly quiet and cool enough with shower, good enough for rest.

Stayed here for 1 night with my family members, had a really really nice stay. Hotel's staff were competent. The location was excellent and wonderful, just a short stroll away from a modern art museum. You could walk to a main shopping street and shopping streets. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful restaurant and the food was nice.

We had good hot, plentiful breakfast with natural juices, fresh-cooked tortillas, fruit. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, close to the metro station and the Termibus as well as the view of trees on the mountains is very good and easily accessible.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The location for Bilbao was excellent and unbeatable, just off shopping district, the museum and a nice park and Moma nightclub, the best club for 20-25 year olds apparently. All the employees were efficient and respectful. The breakfast was plentiful and the parking was nearby.
